CRAIGHOUSE CAMPUS
Sigma Surveys was approached by Cushman & Wakefield who had been appointed to project manage the full refurbishment of the buildings located at Craighouse Campus, Edinburgh into residential apartments.
In total, seven Category A listed former institutional building were measured varying in size, age and architectural detail. All buildings were measured using Trimble TX8 and Faro X330 laser scanners as well as MBS building surveying software throughout.
The subsequent drawings were delivered to Oberlanders Architects as the basis of their designs to convert into a number of new residencies.
